Beyond white walls

Events of this story will occour in first person narration, present tense and are a detailed description of the setting and events listed and follow the order in which they are listed as the protagonist perceives and feels about them. Protagonist, a dumb, bratty, spoiled woman who complains and whines about everything, is in a van filled with 5 other patients on their way to an asylum like facility to be committed. As they arrive they are led inside and greeted by the head nurse, a seductive, cruel, dominant spanish woman whose skirt is so short you can sometimes glimpse her white briefs as she walks. She introduces herself and the purpose of the program, to make bratty people into functioning members of society. She begins to give a summary of what to expect. She explains how all patients are to wear hospital provided gowns and white panties they are given to change into. She hands everyone a pair to change into and they change into the gown and white panties. She continues the summary. She explains how all patients are to wear padded restraint mitts and padded restraint booties and goes around fitting each patient with said restraints. She then explains how each patient must be muzzled and muzzles each patient. She then orderes everyone in a line for a tour of the facility and 5 more nurses come in to follow along. During the tour the see first the basic rooms which have only a toilet, a sink and a bed covered in restraints and she explains that each patient will get their own room and must be restrained during the night. This horrifies protagonist. Next they come across the padded cells which are windowless white rooms with padding across all it’s interior and bright fluorescent lights. She explains that these rooms are for patients who are less behaved and that said patients stay all day in the padded cell until they behave with the exception of meals and wear straitjackets and ankle cuffs instead and must be led on leashes during meals. Protagonist does not know what a straitjacket is. As they walk along they pass a massive window peering into a room with several lunch tables and patients being spoon fed by nurses. Some patients in the room are wearing the booties and mitts while some are wearing white restraints with straps between the legs to prevent them from being removed by the wearer and a leash held by the a nurse. Some in the lunch room even look like they’re wearing diapers. The head nurse explains how many patients end up having accidents and must wear a diaper at all times and that the white restraint some are wearing is a straitjacket. This horrifies the protagonist who thinks diapers very humiliating should it happen to her and the straitjackets very unpleasant especially with the strap between the legs. The other 5 patients are paired with the nurses that followed while the protagonist is left with the head nurse who tells her mockingly that she will need special attention because of how much of a spoiled brat she is. Protagonist is led back to a basic room where, after some whining, she is reluctantly restrained to her bed with leather cuffs on her ankles, wrists, thighs, and a harness that strapped over her shoulders, across her chest and between her legs. During the night, protagonist shifts uncontrollably in her restraints to try and fall asleep, but gets increasingly fustrated and starts kicking and squirming and thrashing and screaming into her muzzle trying to break free to no avail. In her frustration she plans to break free. When the morning comes she is awoken by the head nurse who starts undoing her restraints. Once she is finished she helps the protagonist up during which she all of a sudden swings her padded mitt at the nurse’s face and makes a run for the door. The door is locked and so she turns around panicked and out of options. The head nurses tackles her and jams a needle into her bum which causes her to grow weak and limp. The nurse takes a seat on the bed, bends the protagonist over her knee, lifts up her gown and spanks her hard while pulling her underwear into a wedgie and scolding her for her behavior. After that, she lays the protagonist onto the bed where she stares blankly at the cieling
Head nurse then removes her mitts and places something between her legs that feels like a thick maxi pad that protagonist does not know is a diaper. She then retrieves something from what sounds like the closest and begins applying it to the protagonist who soon realizes it is a straitjacket upon their arms being put into the sleeves and crossed through loop on her chest. She is flipped over on the bed and her arms as well as all the straps on the straitjacket are secured snugly behind her. The nurse tells her that this part gets her every time and yanks the crotch strap so hard between her legs she pees herself a little and is left with a wedgie she finds even worse than the one she had earlier while being spanked. Protagonist succumbs to sedation. When she wakes she is in the padded cell. She notices she is in a straitjacket and her ankles are cuffed together with her padded booties and strapped to a gurney. She then notices the thing she felt between her legs earlier was an adult diaper as she looks down and sees herself diapered. She is horrified to find out she was diapered and has a tantrum from. She starts screaming into her muzzle and thrashing and squirming and kicking trying to remove the embarrassing diaper, but as she struggles, her crotch strap only digs in and worsens the wedgie feeling. The head nurse enters her cell and greets her mockingly. The head nurse notices the protagonist has wet herself and makes a mocking comment. She tells the protagonist that she sedative she gave her has a side effect of incontinence and that she will need to be diapered at all times from now on. Head nurse starts taunting her by telling her how she will be incontinent for the rest of her life and how she herself was once sedated and diapered and the incontinence never went away. She turns around, bends over and lifts her skirt to reveal that her briefs are actually incontinence briefs and starts smacking her own ass repeatedly while taunting her for being diapered and incontinent like her. 3 taunts in quotations. Head nurse tells the protagonist that she will be wearing a straitjacket and diaper for the rest of her stay due to her behaviour. During the night she keeps having a tantrum by thrashing around in her restraints, crying into her muzzle and shimmying her butt to try and remove the uncomfortable and humiliating diaper to no avail. She is awoken by the head nurse giving her another sedative in the bum. Head nurse tells her it is to keep her under control during the day and attaches a leash to protagonist’s straitjacket. The sedative makes her weak and woozy. Head nurse attaches some padded booties and ankle cuffs to protagonist and removes the straps holding her to the gurney. Head nurse helps her sit up and stand which causes her to pee herself a little, much to her embarrassment. Head nurse guides her on a leash to the lunch room where all the other patients can see her diapered and in a straitjacket which she is really embarrassed about. After breakfast she is guided back to her padded cell where the head nurse lifts protagonist’s legs and changes her diaper. Head nurse then bends over and lifts her skirt to expose her own incontinence briefs while smacking her ass sexually and taunting protagonist by reminding her she will be wearing diapers forever just like her. Story ends with protagonist crying, bound, gagged and diapered. Sad ending. No character growth
