A World filled with Subhumans, dressed like the West in the 1930s. One of them is named “Ska”, a Nature-Based 348 year old Subhuman that plays a Violin, who is very friendly, and when he found Abyss, she joined Ska. And the Adventure Begins! It also said that Subhumans could live up to 1000 or even more years.

Abyss Patterson, a girl with a wild mane of auburn hair and eyes the colour of the Irish sea, was known in St. Brendan’s High for one thing: her abysmal sociability. Despite her popularity and a circle of friends who tried their best, Abyss remained firmly entrenched at the bottom of the school’s “Sociability Ranking” – a metric no one quite understood but that everyone obsessed over.

Her yearning for connection, for someone who understood her quiet solitude, was a constant ache. One day, she discovered a secret hidden in the school’s crumbling basement: the Blue Chasm. A shimmering portal, it pulsed with an ethereal blue light, beckoning her in.

Hesitantly, Abyss stepped through, finding herself in a world unlike anything she’d ever seen. The air thrummed with a vibrant energy, the sky painted in hues of emerald and amethyst, and the buildings, reminiscent of 1930s America, were constructed from shimmering, iridescent materials.

In this strange world, Abyss found herself surrounded by “Subhumans,” beings unlike any she’d ever encountered. They were humanoid, yet with unique features – some with pointed ears, others with scales shimmering like moonlight, and all with an air of otherworldly grace.

One, a tall, lean figure with a soulful gaze, stood out. His name was Ska, a Subhuman who looked to be in his late twenties, yet possessed a wisdom that belied his age. He played a violin, its music weaving through the air like a spell, captivating Abyss.

Ska, a Nature-Based Subhuman, explained that he was 348 years old, a mere child by Subhuman standards. He welcomed Abyss into this hidden world, a sanctuary for those who felt different.

“We are the Unsung,” Ska explained, his voice a soothing melody. “Those who do not fit in the human world, we come here to find solace, to learn, to grow.”

From that day on, Abyss embarked on an adventure unlike any she’d imagined. She learned to navigate the labyrinthine tunnels beneath the school, discovered hidden oases teeming with vibrant flora, and befriended a diverse cast of Subhumans – each with their own unique abilities and stories. She found solace in their company, learning the secrets of the Unsung, discovering the magic that pulsed through their world.

As she ventured deeper into the Blue Chasm, Abyss found her own perspective shifting. The Unsung taught her the value of quiet contemplation, of finding beauty in solitude. She learned about the world’s interconnectedness, the subtle energies that flowed through all living things.

One day, while exploring an ancient temple, Abyss found a record of a forgotten prophecy. The prophecy spoke of a “Human Envoy,” destined to bridge the gap between the two worlds. As Abyss read the prophecy, a sense of purpose bloomed within her. She was no longer just Abyss Patterson, a girl with poor sociability. She was a bridge, a conduit for understanding and connection.

And so, with Ska and her new-found friends by her side, Abyss embarked on a mission to bridge the chasm between the human and Unsung worlds. She would not only find a place where she belonged but help others find their own sense of belonging, weaving together a tapestry of understanding and acceptance. Her adventure had just begun.
