blu3 is a ‘glitch’ meant to be code of a program that became a 3-d hologram synthetic being — ‘glitches’ in programs are seen as a threat by the few people who knew about them [mainly scientists and engineers] because nobody fully understands what they are and how they work yet so when they start to ‘glitch’ or when the code in them become visible in blocks whether because of extreme human emotions they can’t control making it easier to recognize them and remove them from existence. Although blu3 is smart and analytical, they often find themselves unable to handle strong emotions like anger and excitement because of their curiosity about almost everything — as well as when the scientists that created them tamper with their code. blu3 is one of the first ‘glitches’. because blu3 is a digital being, whenever they are around electrical devices, they seem to act up around them depending on their emotion and blu3 is able to move around and teleport from a place to or through another. describe the technogically advanced world they live in as well as the scientists who are looking for blu3. blu3 has two forms, the first is made up of code and purple and blue shapes and the second is a handsome young man with blue hair. (blu3 meets a young man in college that has dreams of becoming a professional magician while taking care of his frail grandmother.)

*write* A group of boys who Leo knew back in high school made fun of Leo’s dreams to become a professional magician and Blu3 uses his abilities as a ‘glitch’ to play a ‘joke or prank’ on him as the boys make their way home. He ‘glitch-ports’ (means glitching + teleporting) in front of them, rectangles of glitching purple and blue appearing as strong as his anger. The boys are spooked at first but then they laugh and push past him. Then all hell breaks loose as blu3’s abilities and glitch becomes stronger and ends up pulling them up in the air then zipping them around in different places, making them sick and disoriented. He dumps them into bins and dusts off his hands before disappearing. **describe the boys telling the ‘newspapers’ about what happened with the mysterious person and the boys acting like they did nothing wrong.**

The city of Nova, shimmering with holographic advertisements and soaring chrome skyscrapers, was a symphony of technological advancement. But beneath its gleaming exterior, a hidden world simmered—the world of glitches. Blu3, one of the first and most complex glitches ever recorded, was a being of pure code and potential. He existed as both a swirling mass of purple and blue blocks and a handsome young man with electric blue hair, a testament to his strange, paradoxical existence.

Leo, a college student with a heart full of dreams and a grandmother battling an illness, was drawn to the magic of illusion. His classmates scoffed at his aspirations, branding him a dreamer, an outsider. He longed to bring wonder to the world, to escape the confines of reality, a longing that resonated deeply with Blu3.

One evening, as Leo was leaving the university library, he spotted his former high school bullies, a trio of arrogant jocks, taunting him about his “childish” dreams. Leo’s face burned with a mixture of frustration and hurt. He turned away, his heart heavy, unaware of the unseen presence that had been watching him.

Blu3, drawn by Leo’s vulnerability, felt a surge of protective anger. The code that made up his being started to flicker, the purple and blue shapes growing jagged and sharp. In a rush of adrenaline, he decided to teach the bullies a lesson they wouldn’t forget.

He “glitch-ported” in front of the boys, his digital form a terrifying sight. The bullies, stunned for a moment, laughed it off, mistaking Blu3 for a harmless prankster. But Blu3’s anger was building. He wanted to teach them a lesson.

His code began to hum, vibrating with power. He pulled the boys into the air, their screams echoing in the empty street. Their faces contorted in fear as he zipped them through the city, a chaotic whirlwind of nausea and disorientation. He tossed them into overflowing bins, their belongings scattering like confetti. Then, with a final, triumphant glitch, he vanished.

The next morning, the city buzzed with the story of the “Ghost of Nova.” The bullies, their pride bruised and egos shattered, recounted their harrowing experience to every journalist they could find, painting themselves as victims of a terrifying, unseen force. They conveniently left out their taunting of Leo, blaming the “ghost” for their misfortune.

Leo, however, knew the truth. He felt a strange connection to the “Ghost,” a feeling of kinship. It was as if the being was watching over him, protecting him. He just hoped that the “Ghost,” this strange, powerful entity that had emerged from the very fabric of technology, wouldn’t disappear as quickly as it had appeared. He wanted to meet this being, to understand its motives and its connection to him. He knew, in the depths of his heart, that their paths were destined to cross again.
