Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to all prompts, text, images, audio, video, and other content generated, uploaded, stored, or shared through Story321. By using our services, you agree to follow these rules.

Content Standards and Prohibited Content
You must not use Story321 to create, edit, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or store the following:
Sexual or NSFW content
Pornographic, sexually explicit, adult, or otherwise NSFW content.
Violence or gore
Graphic, brutal, or gory depictions of serious injury or violence.
Hate speech
Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hostility against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Child safety violations
Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits, endangers, grooms, abuses, or otherwise harms minors. This is zero-tolerance content.
Unauthorized deepfakes or impersonation
Content that impersonates, depicts, or uses a real person without that person's explicit authorization, including deceptive deepfakes.
Copyright or trademark infringement
Content that infringes or misuses another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Content Review and Moderation
Automated prompt review
Before a generation request is processed, Story321 automatically reviews the submitted prompt using safety filtering. Requests that do not meet our safety standards are rejected and are not sent for generation. If the moderation service is unavailable, the request is not processed.
Human review
Content that is automatically flagged or reported to us may be reviewed by our team. We assess the available information, apply this policy consistently, and take action when a violation is confirmed.
Reporting Violations
If you believe content or conduct violates this policy, including child-safety concerns, impersonation, or infringement of your rights, email us at [email protected] with the relevant URL, account information if available, and a description of the issue. We keep reporter information confidential where reasonably possible, review reports objectively, and notify the reporter of the outcome when appropriate. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves result in action.

Depending on the severity, frequency, and nature of a violation, Story321 may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning or require content to be changed or removed.
- Reject a generation request or remove violating content.
- Restrict features, model access, or available credits.
- Suspend an account while we review the matter.
- Permanently terminate an account. Any remaining credits will not be refunded.
- Report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
Policy Updates and Contact
